What this job involves :
Check the attendance & allocate the jobs to shift SUPERVISORS, do shift briefing to HK staffs
Check the grooming of HK Staff.
Send daily man power details to immediate reporting manager & Clients
Check out the action line pending complaints & plan for closure of the issues. Keep mangers informed of any escalations likely.
Check the stocks of HK / Pantry consumables verify re order levels & inform the immediate reporting manager to get the stocks.
Send HK / pantry consumption report
Check vending machine / cooler every day in case of fault rectify the same with internal source technicians.
Check HK machinery every day if any fault report to Immediate reporting manager to rectify the same
Interact with Shift executive to make duty rooster and share the same to reporting manager
Check physical stock of HK and pantry stores and send the report to reporting manager
Prepare daily duty report deployment and major activities during the shift
Plan weekend activity report and ensure the closure of the same
Plan with vendor for training activity and timely ensuring the same
Adhere to training calendar of JLL
Ensure daily snag report and close the same with internal sources
Respond effectively to all emergencies
Perform assigned facility inspections, vendor work completed as per the standard
In case of any incidents make the proper escalation as per the process & keep the client & JLL management informed.
Prepare and submit to management as directed a summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and / or suggest action to be taken.
Interact with SDC Admin and ensure timely closure of service connect calls. Avoid violation of calls and ensure reports generated timely.
Check Operation Health care center cleaning activities and ensure that Bed spread sent for washing every day.
Ladies & gents dormitory cleaning activities to ensure. Also Bed spread to be sent for washing every day.
Comply with all WIPRO and JLL safety procedures; maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
Attend periodic training seminars.
Ensure and brief during client visit ODC and common areas cleaned as per the requirements.
Ensure office boys providing printer paper in all ODC’s
Ensure office boys carryout the physical count for seating report
Brief office boys providing printer paper
First-Aid Kid Medicines available in all ODC to check.
Check list for First- Aid Kid to be maintained
Briefing for office boys and grooming for office boys to monitor
On call duties overtime require to carryout HK activities
