Education / Experience and Skill Requirement

Experience of about 5-7 years on performing restructuring and debt advisory, cash flow analysis, headroom analysis, KPI research, presentation, financial due diligence, competitive & operational benchmarking studies, capital structure analysis, financial modelling, fixed income securities, etc.

Excellent knowledge & experience on preparation of high quality power point presentations, excel skills.

Experience on managing internal & external clients, delivering projects / assignments, building cases and scenario analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification as MBA / CFA / CA

Knowledge of various databases (Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg, IFR, Debtwire, Thomson one etc.).

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for working as part of the strategy and consulting team on Restructuring and advisory solutions for consulting and Advisory firms.

Expected to have good knowledge of financial statement Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.

Candidates should have working experience in supporting clients restructuring team in insolvency and reorganization support, liquidity management / analysis, creditor advisory, distressed assets support, turnaround activities and debt capacity analysis.

Should be well experienced in delivering high quality analysis covering Capital Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Special Situation related analysis, such as Distressed opportunities assessment, Capital structure analysis, Debt maturity / refinancing analysis, Debt asset swap / liquidation model, cash flow analysis, working capital analysis, financial due diligence, business and financial modelling, stress testing, covenant analysis, amongst others.

Should have good working knowledge on the projects such as target identification and assessments, business plan analysis, industry / macro-economic analysis, market data trackers, competitive landscape, sector mapping, case studies and credential management etc.

Additionally, should have experience in preparing pitch books, industry reports, Information financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments, through in-depth secondary research and other areas of M&A support, etc.

Demonstrate strength and flair in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment.

Expected to independently understand client objectives and design strategy, interpret and analyze information for accuracy, exhaustiveness and applicability in resolving the research problem.
