1. Communicate all brand related stories to customers as and where need arises

2. Train the new sales executives on Brand related elements

1. First face for the customer at the dealership; exhibit all the RE behavior codes, in action & in thought

2. Assess the customer and identify the ideal customer journey for him and lead him to a sales executive / TD executive or himself engage with him

3. Assist in vehicle sale of newer models like GT / Himalayan

4. Understand the concerns and doubts of customers and have the skill set to handle customer queries and assist in objection handling

5. Exhibit deep understanding on auto industry especially 2-wheeler segment.

6. Exhibit deep understanding of history of Royal Enfield & its product range

7. Engage prospects in discussion and activities on Royal Enfield bikes

8. Understand or facilitate prospects' present needs, wants & desires and, basis prospect's response, suggest / pitch the right product

9. Coordinate with the community & ride expert & the store head and plan Test Ride initiatives / activations

1. Support the Store Head in identifying & analyzing lost cases and reporting the course of actions against each

2. Support the Store Head in assessing & reporting customer satisfaction

3. Assisting the store head in drafting monthly plan for the network sales
