Position Summary The individual in this role will be an Azure support Engineer to join our Microsoft solution team in HI Bangalore / Vadodara / Jaipur office.
In this role, you will deploy, upgrade, maintain applications and services on Azure PaaS / IaaS platform. You will also integrate Azure applications with external resources for monitoring, alerting and diagnoses purpose.

Key Responsibilities Hands-on Experience with Azure PaaS and IaaS Hands-on Experience working with Traffic Managers, Load balancers and Application gateways.
Support Platform as a service (Paas), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) or On-Premise Server setup. Manage & Maintain Azure PaaS services like Web Apps, App Service Plan, Traffic Managers, Application Gateways, SQL as a Service Troubleshoot performance issues for PaaS services and provide high uptime for services.
Integrate third-party services for monitoring, alerting and diagnoses purpose. Provide weekly / monthly uptime reports. Deploy code changes using Build & Release process using tools like TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps and others.
Update monthly patches and secure Virtual Machines Work with Cloud engineers, Build and Release engineers for uptime of environment.
Be a part of global 24X7 support facility. Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
