What are We Looking for :
As the AEM Architect with the global digital team, you will use your skills developed over the years to implement cutting edge solutions using the latest technology to solve some challenging business problems.
You will provide expertise in IT architecture and all associated systems including integration methodology, business processes, process re-engineering and process improvement.
You’ll work complex projects and contribute to the overall strategic vision of the organization.
You’ll integrate a broad range of ideas regarding IT architecture and ensure alignment with the Sales, Product and, Enterprise architectural vision & roadmap.
Key Responsibilities :
Work with technical and non-technical teams at all levels, from strategy and design through to development, deployment and application support in the delivery of AEM components.
Participating in code reviews, design reviews architecture discussions.
Be a vocal advocate for building Nissan Digital’s capabilities across multiple customer touchpoints and support agile ways of working.
Manage alignment and risk mitigation processes for complex parallel activities within projects.
Key Tasks Defined
Complete accurate and thorough technical designs and facilitate effective handover to the development team prior to the implementation phase of a project.
Develop achievable technical project plans, working with appropriate members of the development and testing teams, presents plans to clients effectively and protects estimates.
Participate in the platform Architecture Governance forums when needed, and align with Nissan’s Enterprise Architecture, e.
g. relevant technical standards and guidelines.
Participate in daily stand-ups
Skills and Attributes Required

Qualifications or Knowledge Required
Proven experience with Web CMS solutions, specifically AEM
Good understanding of cloud technologies specifically AWS
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management
Comfortable working with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools
Project and stakeholder management skills
Minimum 12 years of total experience
Deep digital skills & experience using Agile, Kanban and hybrid software development methodologies
5+ years of working in digital related jobs, including Online / Mobile / Content / eCommerce marketing, UX, Web Analytics, Optimization, etc.
2+ years of experience in one of the following : AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target.
Understanding and experience of complex technical architecture and highly scalable web applications
Preferable experience of delivering digital products for the automotive industry
