Design, implement and support Office 365 and related technologies, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Skype for Business, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Azure AD.
Serve as Office 365
Sharepoint Administrator in a 200 user environment.
Develop workflows and approval processes within the SharePoint environment to support company business and communication processes.
Work with the IT team to establish and document application development standards, processes, and approval workflows for continual update and ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint site.
Provide and configure SharePoint and O365 solutions, features, sites, workflows, web parts, and master pages.
Provide end-to-end root cause analysis and assistance for issues related to Exchange and O365.
Maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage / support the O365 environment.
Provide 24 / 7 support of critical systems in a rotating on-call environment.
Acts as an escalation point for Tier 1 / 2 Help Desk support.
Lead continuous improvement streamlining of existing admin processes.
Troubleshoot and audit system health via performance monitoring software.
Assist in identifying and prioritizing remediation efforts for recurring issues.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting such as trend analysis on recurring incident types.
Contribute to Technology Operations Team (Infrastructure, Security and Help Desk) strategy and vision. Help to guide project requirements, design & development, and deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Certification in Office 365 with prior experience supporting Office 365 Server applications in a corporate environment including installing, configuring and migrating data to Sharepoint 2016 and Office 365
Basic knowledge of networking principals relating to desktop and server hardware
Experience with cloud technologies and the Microsoft collaboration stack; ADFS, DirSync, Azure AD Sync, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Skype for Business
Ability to design, plan, document, and deliver implementations of SharePoint sites
Ability to develop SharePoint sites, pages, security elements, and workflows
Strong analytical ability and troubleshooting skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Well organized with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Good interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to influence others
Excellent written and oral communication skills
