They have conceptualized & conducted over 2000 live client experiences using state of the art technology. Roles and Responsibility DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Curate & guide brain storming sessions Coordinate & liaise between department heads Align client expectations with team deliveries Overlook the write up of brief summaries Check & guide on checklists & manuals Manage & develop cost & P / Ls Anchor & deliver large format multiple pitches Meet & execute billing targets.

Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection Research on trends, whats new, ideas & technology that give us an edge. Monitor competition and devise effective counter strategies Quickly scrutinize environments to identify and prioritize needs / risks and develop solutions Manage tasks including manpower planning, monitoring & controlling vendors Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.

Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth Organize workshops for team members Develop formats & systems & ensure they are followed Self-development in & out of the event space Conduct project closure meetings and address all important issues Directly accountable for morale at workplace Ensure overall wellbeing & happiness at work WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS More than 13 years of relevant work experience EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Graduate (Any specialization) Bachelors / Masters / Diploma in Event Management Bachelors / Masters in Journalism & Mass communication KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills Interpersonal maturity and leadership skills Presentation Skills Ability to think through situations Creativity to think out of the box Highly analytical team player with the ability to think on ones feet Demonstrated ability for accuracy & thoroughness Desired Candidate Looking for candidates from Events background only.
