Job Summary

Responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment, screening and selection activities in the Human Resources department.

Acts as point-of-contact for applicant tracking system and general recruiting questions. Manages the compiling of all statistical information used for reporting of performance and regulatory compliance.

Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assists in administering performance reviews for every Company employee, meeting with both the employee and the employee's manager and thoroughly documenting the entire process.
  • Serves as initial point-of -contact for Company's employee issues and inquiries, including but not limited to payroll and Company policies.
  • Tracks and maintains all records, ensuring that the hiring remains compliant.
  • Analyzes, evaluates and improves recruitment and compliance procedures.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Closely partner with India Talent Acquisition team to complete all Workday related process within agreed timelines and ensure seamless Hiring experience to clients
  • Anchor Employee Engagement activities across the center to ensure employees are motivated and create an healthy working environment, make CIEC a fun place to Work.
  • Expected to engage with employees to resolve their queries, grievances, concerns.
  • Maintain all employee related confidential / sensitive information like employee files / emails / documents.
  • Assist Senior HR Manager in compiling performance dashboards, merit files, promotions and all compensation related aspects including but not limited to ILP, IJP adhoc salary corrections, bonuses, incentive payout, spot rewards, champ awards.
  • Work closely with CIEC SLT, HR SLT and Hiring Managers / BU Leaders to provide accurate and timely HR analytics / metrics / dashboards as and when required.
  • Act as Junior HR Business partner for given CIEC BU's in close consultation, advice and guidance from Senior HR Manager on day to day aspects.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Education Qualification : Bachelor's Degree specializing in Human Resources / Psychology, Organizational Behavior or its equivalent.
  • Master's Degree in any of these specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
