Arranging & conducting Interviews / Initial screening of the candidates / helping in recruitment process.
Handle multiple positions & prioritizing the requirement
Good Telephone and face to face inter-personal skills required.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process for new trainees.
Responsible for keeping administrative and HR records.
Should be able to maintain HR documentation and attendance records.,
