Want to be a part of our team?The Contract Lifecycle Administrator operate at a local level, usually in a low complexity environment.

They provide a general administrative function to the Contract Lifecycle Management team, including coordinating meetings and logistics, filing and general record keeping.

They typically administer contract data for Smaller and Mid-Tier clients, vendors and sub-contractors. Radford reference : Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.

May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.

Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company. Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : · Provide a general administrative function to the Contract Lifecycle Management team, including co-ordinating meetings and logistics, filing and record keeping and dealing with basic client queries, ensuring that the relevant database is up to date and accurate.

  • Assist with the administering of contract data for smaller and mid-tier clients, vendors and / or sub-contractors. They contribute to the compilation of contract documents such as master agreements, schedules, scopes of work (SOW) and service level agreements.
  • Service Contract activation Contract Lifecycle Administrator is required to Activate the contract for servicing as per the Company activation policy.
  • Assist with ensuring the correctness and completeness of contract information and data by verifying that all sub-documents of the contracts are included and that all detail has been completed.
  • Contract Renewal Triggering - Contract Lifecycle Administrator keeps track of contract renewal dates and they ensure that contracts are renewed before they can expire.

    They escalate details of renewals that will not be executed on time to Contracts Lifecycle Administrators. They ensure that client contracts are updated with the latest sales order detail and that invoice amounts are updated accordingly.

    In some environments this will extend from the quote to order process to pre-sales and post-sales and may include dealing with service product enquiries, ensuring the resolution and escalation to the necessary third parties for resolution · Data administration - Assist with ensuring that the relevant systems are regularly updated with the specific information from the contracts lifecycle management process.

    The Contract Lifecycle Administrator will also ensure data correctness and consistency across all documentation and systems.

    They are therefore required to take ownership of the data integrity. Where they identify errors or discrepancies they will investigate and correct or escalate for resolution.

    They also assist in resolving queries relating to the data itself and assist team members to access the data. · Produce and use reports - Prepare and distribute required reports including renewal schedules, client schedules, contract lists, etc.

    They assist with the preparation and management of all relevant system and vendor maintenance reports and review system data for accuracy.

    They use their renewal plan to prepare renewal documentation for distribution to the relevant clients. · Vendor and subcontract administration - Contract Lifecycle Administrator also contribute to the administration of vendor contracts which includes sub-contractor contracts.

    They ensure that back-to-back contracts exist where required for client contracts and they track, and process associated back-to-back costs.

    When client contracts need to be updated, Contract Lifecycle Administrator will obtain required information from vendors and sub-contractors, including quotes and product end-of-life data from vendors to update schedule detail.

    They ensure that all vendor contracts are renewed when required. · Behavioural skills- In addition this person will be required to perform general administrative duties to support the functions.

    Attention to detail, accuracy and good organisation skills are important success criteria for this job. They display an understanding of the business needs and expectations and consistently deliver a quality service through their support offering.

    These individuals are team players and contribute to the success of the teams they engage with · Contract Lifecycle Administrator would be responsible for all the above Contractual activity but typically for Medium value and Medium Complexity contracts.

  • Contract Lifecycle Administrator will not be in the position to make any decision and would be take instruction from Contract Lifecycle Coordinators.
