About the role As a Marketing Manager, you will get an opportunity to work on devising and executing the marketing strategy, branding management, and PR and communications for CodeChef.

The work will have a direct impact on the outreach, growth, revenue, and impact of the initiative. An ideal candidate must be a detail-

oriented marketeer, with experience in - Acquisition- Evangelism - Campaign and Creative Development- Strategy- Data Analysis-

Optimization- Digital Marketing- Offline / Events Marketing- Content Marketing- Branding and PR Responsibilities - Acquire new customers via CodeChef’s digital and offline marketing channels -

Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts - Plan and successfully manage the campaign budgets -

Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on performance by channel- Develop best practices and define KPIs for managing marketing success-

Proactively identify opportunities and create new marketing partnerships- Branding and PR Communication - Setup processes and grow the team-

    touch, etc- Paid advertising background on Facebook, Linkedin, and Adwords- Understanding of advertising metrics (e.g. CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV) -

    Ability to manage large datasets and perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Energetic, -elf-starter, and a team player-
