  • Geographic focus will be primarily be US market.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle for meetingour customer’s IT staff requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience ina high volume, fast paced environment is required.
  • Experience in technology sourcing and recruitingin the US market
  • Strong recruiting capabilities to find talent onniche skills in a highly competitive landscape.
  • Strong internet research skills and cold-callingexperience are required
  • Agency background with hands on Technicalsourcing will be a big Plus.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles usingvarious sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Familiarity to source from different job boards,monster, dice, LinkedIn etc. is also required.
  • Interact with potential candidates on socialmedia and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Ability to leverage social media sites toidentify passive job candidates
  • Experience in recruiting both localcitizens / permanent residents as well as visa sponsored candidates
  • Should be willing to walk the extra mile toachieve given targets.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work underpressure.
  • Should be able to come up with innovative sourcingideas.
  • Should be willing to work in night shifts UStime zone (EST and / or PST) There may be over lap of shifts once in a while.
  • Coordinate with Lead to determine positionrequirements
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ask for referrals from current employees andexternal networks
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding newjob opportunities
