  • Looking for a dynamic recruiting professional with atleast 4-7 years of high performance recruiting experience with mid-
  • large sized companies or with startup experience combination in both Tech / Non tech Hiring.

  • Well aware about Linkedin / Naukri / IIMJobs / Portals / Social hiring / Personal networks daily to recruit from, and also new age job boards, ATSes, Talent portfolio sites & forums, etc.
  • Work with internal business teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across levels
  • Work in sync with the company wide recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, search & selection using job boards, digital and non-
  • digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, stakeholder management, etc

  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using smart means of recruiting
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, telephonic & personal interviews culminating in offers & up to date data bank.
  • Posses strong Networking, head-hunting & negotiation skills.
  • Provide recruitment information (facts from researches) and guidance to hiring managers & stakeholders with requisite hiring and employment data
  • Use advance tools, social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
  • Excellent written & spoken English communication
