Looking for a dynamic recruiting professional with atleast 4-7 years of high performance recruiting experience with mid-
large sized companies or with startup experience combination in both Tech / Non tech Hiring.
Well aware about Linkedin / Naukri / IIMJobs / Portals / Social hiring / Personal networks daily to recruit from, and also new age job boards, ATSes, Talent portfolio sites & forums, etc.
Work with internal business teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across levels
Work in sync with the company wide recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, search & selection using job boards, digital and non-
digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, stakeholder management, etc
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using smart means of recruiting
Manage the end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, telephonic & personal interviews culminating in offers & up to date data bank.
Posses strong Networking, head-hunting & negotiation skills.
Provide recruitment information (facts from researches) and guidance to hiring managers & stakeholders with requisite hiring and employment data
Use advance tools, social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
Excellent written & spoken English communication
