The position
As a Business Analyst BI, you are responsible to gather, monitor, analyse and interpret business data and help in developing integrated platform for data from multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include : -
One stop solution for all the data need : Understanding all business-critical data from various source. Identifying various source of data, gathering & integration into a platform hence providing one stop solution to different stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations for different stakeholders
Developing competitive intelligence platform & keeping close monitoring of competitor pricing & other insight like activities.
Developing means of collecting competitor information
Establish systems and tools to track performance against relevant KPIs by ensuring timely and high-quality reporting.
Analyse the outcomes of sales performance reports, exploring the reasons behind the results and provide with suggested action points.
Identify how new ideas and better practices can add value to Novo Nordisk’s approach, based on the analysis of competitors and customer insights.
Support BUs Marketing with market intelligence and analysis, leveraging insights to identify critical issues as well as to give input for forecasting, budgeting, and business plans.
Qualifications
You should have a bachelor’s degree with an MBA from premium institute in marketing.
You should have least 1+ years of experience in similar role.
You must have advanced level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Good Communication and should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
