The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Team Leader duties and responsibilities

  • Process 30% BAU to support operations
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
  • Do regular performance evaluation
  • Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere
  • Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program
  • Communicate with teams about their performance
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict
  • Graduates with at least 03 year of experience in the similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and co-ordination skills
  • Good Excel skills (i.e. macros, vlookups, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metric
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Knowledge of HR functions and a broad knowledge of HR policies and procedures preferred
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
