Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of :

Customer Support Agent

Location : Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities :

  • Email / phone communication to manage customer orders
  • Proactive communication to the customer on order status and potential issues
  • Root cause & corrective action
  • Risk assessment and escalating when needed
  • End to end supply process ownership on order management
  • Adhering to work standard to ensure high quality service and timely service
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent English (min. B2 level)
  • At least secondary education (High School diploma)
  • 1 year of experience on a similar position would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-changing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Independency and self-driving attitude
  • Experience in SAP and CRM (f.e. Sales Force) would be an asset
