  • Understandingof genuine customer needs and ensuring that the team provides resolutionswithin stipulated time lines
  • Escalationof cases depending upon the severity and breach of timelines defined
  • Analysisof Survey feedback received and highlighting concerns which are likely toattain severe proportions
  • Feedbackon breaches / gaps in systems and processes to the concerned departments toprevent occurrenceof complaints

  • Requires clear understanding of Insurancesales and operations at Branch including follow-up processes
  • withHO with regards to Issuance & Policy Servicing to understand customer Queryin a better way and
  • providereasonable resolutions after interactions with the concerned departments andcustomers.
