Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable to ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Always to be in touch with SCM and finance team and getting updated on various deliveries and payouts.
  • Ensure materials and vendor availability as per plan and schedule.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • What we need you to have :

  • Any graduate from recognized universities
  • 5 8 years relevant experience (project coordination, dispatching / scheduling, etc)
  • Previous experience with an HVAC, Building Automation
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills and excellent communication skills
