Business support in a timely manner
Reviewing / Managing the assigned tasks effectively and efficiently as per DOI and agreed timeline in SLA;
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing delivery, that is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated effectively;
Interact with cross functional teams and establish good net-working skills;
Drive for Standardization of process across countries. Ensure proper dispensation is obtained wherever non-standard processes are required;
Ensure the DoA / Approval Grid are updated at regular intervals (say, 6 months or annual);
Identified risks are communicated to the stake-holders;
Wherever needed understand the Policy, Procedures and operating manual for carrying out the BAU and compliance;
Understand and truly follow the Group Code of Conduct, Close Personal relationships to avoid conflict of Interest;
Completion of all the mandatory e-Learning before the scheduled due date;
Ensure that operational controls are in place;
Follow all the documentation, Operational procedures so as to ensure that we are ready to face audit at any time and adherence to established control processes;
Ensure and comply with data capture requirements for Governance Tracker and V tracker as per timelines;
Ensure that On-the-Job training is given to all those who are new to process;
Provide Job rotation to those who have worked in the same process for 24 months or more;
Ensure that Key man risk is identified and back up planning for all the positions who carry out critical process;
Take suitable actions for engaging people and maintain a highly engaged team.
Our Ideal Candidate
Academic degree from a well-recognised institution.
Other qualifications :
Strong Analytic Skills.
Experience on ERP Product i.e. S4, BPC or related applications is preferred.
Experience in IFRS Reporting / systems (AXIOM or similar).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Banking Products & Banking Industry
