  • Key purpose of the job : This position is responsible for strategizing, conceptualizing, planning, managing, coordinating and executing all marketing communication programs across defined geographies.
  • To Build the brand & enhance the imagery for the company through marketing activities. Marketing of the projects so as to generate maximum revenue for the company.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Marketing of projects PAN India
  • Brand building for individual project / Projects brands
  • Public relation so as to get positive publicity for the company
  • Help sales team to achieve their goals by generating required valid leads.
  • Understanding of the Market & Consumer segments so as to get right products by maximizing the potential of the Land
  • Strategic

  • Marketing Plan for the Corporate Brand & Individual Projects.
  • Media selection & planning to increase the project / Brand reach among the target segment.
  • To build up brand equity by doing various marketing activities.
  • Public Relation strategy for corporate / Project.
  • Operational

  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements within various micro-markets
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and strategies
  • Plan, manage and execute various marketing, advertising, events, promotions and PR activities
  • Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing communication activities
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget with focus on cost and quality
  • Deliver marketing collaterals, with focus on timely delivery of content and quality within budget
  • Create innovative and powerful marketing strategies and presentations
  • Liaise with print / outdoor for branding and advertising
  • Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets and requirements
  • Develop and coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, digital electronic media, direct e-mailers, audio-visuals, signage Monitor industry best practices
  • Internal & External Interactions

    Internal : All Stakeholders Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Planning & Designing

    External : Creative Agency, Media Planning Agency, Public Relation Agency, Digital Agency, Event Management Agency, BTL Agencies, Architects, Interior Designers.,

    Education & Experience Requirement :

  • MBA Marketing with 8-12 Years of experience
  • Should have Branding & Marketing experience in Real Estate Industry
