You are responsible for the category strategy including product portfolio, marketing goals, sales goals, key activities and rolling forecast.
You monitor the market share, sales and profit of your own product category in the category management matrix.
You are responsible for the existing product portfolio and manage the new launches.
You will visit field regularly (10-30%) to assess the effectiveness of current strategy execution and assess opportunities for the portfolio assigned, and get market feedback on the products, strategies and programs.
You will develop good KOL connect, plan & execute KOL engagement activities and plan new KOL identification & enrolment plan.
Making Brand Plans for assigned products / product category and New Launch Plans, followed by Execution of plans, product material creation for sales team(Brochures, Manuals, Training Presentations, Manuals, Detailing script) creation, activities, conferences, trainings.
You will ensure collaboration with sales for effective execution of planned Marketing Activities and monitor ROI for programs dexecuted.
You are the "Product Owner" in agile development projects and are therefore responsible for the MVP and the maximization of customer benefit.
You will develop and maintain new and existing sales partnerships with other manufacturers and trading partners.
MBA / Business studies and 2+ years of professional experience in product management.
In-depth marketing knowledge in strategy, conception and implementation as well as an understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce combined with sales experience in the development and sale of private label products
Experience in project management of complex and cross-product projects
Strong communication personality with a high level of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
