Key responsibilities

  • Provide accessible and visible support and guidance to management and employees in all areas of Human Resources
  • Ensure successful resolution of Employee Relations issues
  • Support and coordinate Performance Review and Performance Management processes
  • Implement HR initiatives in support of business and strategic plans
  • Analyze HR metrics and data and use the analysis to drive conversations and initiatives with the business
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee records in HRIS (Oracle)
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner

    Role requirements

  • 9-11+ years of relevant HRBP experience
  • HRBP experience in Banking, Captives, Financial Services firms
  • Experience across the spectrum of Human Resources (employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits) as well as experience working on HR projects and initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of provincial and federal employment law and policies
  • Hands-on experience with various immigration processes such as work permit and Permanent Resident applications an asset
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
