  • Key Responsibilities : Microsoft Windows Azure IaaS Good to Have Skills : AWS Administration, Microsoft Windows Azure PaaS Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Troubleshoot issues with Azure Cloud Deployment Individual contributor role Work in 24 x 7 support model

    Technical Experience : Extensive experience on Azure Cloud platform Monitoring event management alert dispatch for PaaS / IaaS Incident, Problem, Change, Request for PaaS Knowledge of Windows server technology Backup Management

    Professional Attributes : Should have 2 years of experience in Azure cloud support role Should have experience performing Azure cloud troubleshooting Should have experience in Incident Management, Change Management Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area

    Educational Qualification : Graduate / BE

    Additional Information : Windows Server experience Worked on multi-platform solutions
