Job Desicription. Responsibilities Handle incoming phone and outgoing calls from potential leads and potential customers.

Cold calling for lead generation using various databases. Will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers over the phone.

They will make the initial contact and hand the prospect off once interest is established or an appointment is made. Influences customers to invest in properties by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures;
  • reporting as needed. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Follow up on leads till the closure Skill Set Should have experience in Cold Calling & Lead Generation. Should have experience selling in any one of the following, REAL ESTATE, INSURENCE, RETAIL CHAINS, CALL CENTERS.

    Team player, Capable of leading the team and Mentoring them. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

    Able to deal Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships. Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self starter and an independent thinker. Target oriented Individual.
