Should be Salesforce Certified. Understanding scope through regular client calls and documenting the same Preparing a Work Breakdown Structure to document the product functionalities Preparing Process Flow to understand the user journey Writing User Stories to document all possible scenarios for a User while interacting with the product Strong understanding of Business.
Related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Planning Sprints with design and development teams and tracking the same Conducting UAT along with the testers.
Should Be able to work independently on workflow, Lightning flow, Process builder. Should be aware of sharing rules and permission sets profiles.
