Qualification Key Responsibilities : -
Drive Business HR activities for the Business units(new initiative, policies and strategies)
Ensure Employee engagement, Employee satisfaction and retention for Business units. Ensure resolution to Employee issues / grievances within SLAs
Track early warning indicators and conduct retention / counselling meetings. Drives Career planning and People development into the business unit
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Attrition analysis and exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations. Plan and organize Town halls and fun activities as well as welfare and cultural activities
Responsible for Rewards & Recognition program administered in the business unit. Responsible for day to day general HR activities.
