  • The primary responsibility will be to deliver the required changes as per the requirement provided by the business teams.
  • Should be able to come up with functional solution, manage / guide the team for developing and testing the solution, coordinate with biz / ops and other technology teams wherever required.
  • Represent solution team in TWG / PWG calls, ensure 100% adherence to group standards and guidelines and deliver all commitments on time.Academic & Professional :
  • Any Degree
  • Preferably 10 to 15 years of working experience in Trade finance domain
  • Knowledge in IMEX application will be an added advantageField of Study : Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or StatisticsCertification : University degree or higherSkills & AttributesMust have :
  • Proficiency in Trade finance domain
  • Able to coordinate, gather and analyze requirements from various stake holders like Business, Ops and Product team who usually operate from different geographical locations
  • Able to work on both Waterfall and Agile Model
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical and critical thinking abilities, detailed orientated and proficient with highly structured approaches aligned with project / change management best practicesNice to have :
  • Knowledge on IMEX application
  • Trade finance back office experienceKey Responsibilities :
  • Preparation of Functional Specifications and System Requirement
  • Manage user stories and acceptance criteria have to be defined as a user cases for dev team to understand on the changes.
  • Negotiating with client regarding requirement, timelines, effort
  • Giving Walkthrough to product management for functional specification and following up on sign off
  • Explain the functional specification to the development team and provide support to functional doubts
  • Planning, following-up and validating the developments
  • Provide functional consultancy support to Build team for Technical Design
  • Provide input on Process Flow due to system changes
  • Writing Test cases
  • Execution of System Test and documentation of test result
  • Prepare User guides, Business Cases, Training Material
  • Providing functional support during user acceptance testing
  • Functional analysis of the SIT / UAT defects and recommend solutions / provide input to BUILD team for defects resolution
  • Walkthrough the User manual / UVT scripts with end users / PSS
  • Analysis of defects and provide input to BUILD / PSS for defect resolution for post implementation
