Take the role first point of contact for all visitors and callers.

Manage the reception area greet and direct all visitors, including suppliers, clients, candidates and customers

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls.Support Being the first point of contact for incoming calls, correspondences and visitors, will also be response key accountabilities will be scheduling appointments, organize meetings, take dictations, draft letters and manage correspondences and counselling simultaneously.

Ensure completion of paper work, sign-in and security procedures.Maintaining records of everything that comes in and goes out of the office.

Manage travel requirements- acting as travel desk for internal office movements, and booking tickets and hotels and filing a report for the same to the accounts department and to the director.

Finding ways and negotiating with various agents to bring down the travel expense, as well as negotiating with hotels and airlines directly.

Acting as academy co-coordinator and creating a database of Clients who wants hair treatments for free or for the product cost only.

Maintain discipline and decorum at front office.
