Business proficiency in English
Verbal and written communication during the users’ workday / time zone.
Incident Management (L1 Support / L2 Support)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Smart Sheets, Solid grasp of HTML / CSS.
Technical ability admins will help lead the PC lifecycle for users and accurate device selection is essential
Handling incoming calls, emails and chat
Creating of tickets, following up on the tickets built, informing users on resolution provided, confirming the issues resolved, closing of tickets.
Responding to the Incident Analysts regarding escalation issues in a timely and appropriate fashion.
Highly organized and efficient
Ability to fit well into the team & work with global teams
Ability to work a large volume of cases.
Excellent administrative and IT skills (including Application Support)
The ability to work independently and in a remote team
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a similar role
Business fluency in English
Facilitation skills including strong oral and written communication
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical skills : infrastructure skills
Qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science,Information Systems, or related field.
