We support more than 1.5 million people across thousands of customers spanning 180+ countries around the globe. As a VP of Marketing, you own Demand Gen, Sales Enablement, Nurture Marketing and Technical Marketing teams.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and oversee marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen company's market position and achieve desired business goals.

In this role, you’ll gather customer, competitor, and market intelligence to support new website development; you’ll drive the market intelligence process that identifies trends that indicate the need for new or changing products and services.

This person will be collaborating closely with counterparts in our Silicon Valley, USA office including our Senior Executive Team. We have :

  • You have :

  • More than 18 years’ experience with at least 10+ years in a leadership role as a global marketing executive with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
  • Experience with B2B enterprise, Software as a Service / Cloud-based products and professional services.
  • Proven ability to design and execute high performance, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working well cross-functionally with teams in e-commerce, product marketing, IT, etc.
  • Experience in building brand awareness and recognition.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives.
  • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • You are creative, innovative, entrepreneurial.
  • What you’ll do :

  • Identify marketing strategies and compelling campaigns and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Identify market opportunities for growth based on customer feedback, market data, and analyst or industry leader input.
  • Develop KPI’s and marketing reports for the executive team based on annual marketing objectives that demonstrate contribution to new and add-on revenue goals.
  • Identify best practices and opportunities to optimize messaging and content to maximize campaign effectiveness and share key insights with across the organization and members of the board.
  • Improve existing, and identify new channels including paid search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), account-based marketing (ABM), and affiliate marketing etc.
  • Lead our social media strategy and expand social media presence by identifying new channels and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Development and Product Marketing teams to provide input to the product roadmap in order to take advantage of market opportunities.
