  • Job Role and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branchoffice, including lending, product sales, customer service, and security andsafety in accordance with the Banks objectives
  • Enhance andcontribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
  • Provision of asuperior level of customer relations and promotion of the sales and serviceculture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
  • Achieveindividual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals andretention of account relationship
  • Maintain AOP(Annual Operating Plan) for the financial year i.e. to prepare and trackproduct (liability, assets and fees) wise
  • Weekly / monthlyreviews for outbound and as well as for inbound sales
  • Prepare andreview monthly activity calendar of outbound activities for BSM / SOs on a weeklybasis.
  • Ensure properon-boarding of all new customers acquired
  • Cross-sell ofproducts (i.e. sales of 3 products per customer within 90 days of accountopening) with new and as well as with existing customers
  • Conduct dailymorning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
  • Track inflowand outflow of reports (like account closures, account opening, Fixed Depositrenewals / closures etc.) and thus, daily business generation
  • Maintaincustomer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
  • Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
  • Manage leadsthrough SFA (software used for entering the generated leads)
  • Segment thecustomer within the catchments of the branch to increase the Journal-Ledgerbase of the branch
  • Capabilitybuilding and manpower management
  • Mentor / Guidenew joinees as well as existing branch employees
  • Briefemployees on their role and expectations from them
  • Provide timelyfeedback to employees on a regular basis (structured feedback)
  • Conduct workshops and training programs for theemployees
  • Deliverables :

  • Achieveincremental targets for CASA, Fixed Deposits and loans, and achieve fee interms of Mutual Funds, Gold etc.
  • Maintain ahealthy asset and liability book i.e., Journal Ledger growth
