Job Responsibilities : - Generating Business leads and develops client relationship fromÂ onlineÂ BiddingÂ Portals, social networking (like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ etc.
cold calling etc.- Coordinate with the international clients through Skype chat and Skype / phone call.- Develop Sales plan for Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly basis.
Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.- Generate leads from various source like Social Media, Campaigns etc.
and work on them till closure.- Generate Marketing / Sales collateral.- Make Social Media strategy to promote and get new Business.
Manage the entire business development team- Responsible for team targets and team handling.
