We Offer :

R&F Prod Svcs Data Management Service Delivery Lead is a key role in straightening and driving Prod Svcs service delivery capability and management of operations using vendor team based out of Pune for EMEA region.

You will have a deep understanding of portfolios of services delivered by R&F Data Management Prod Svcs to risk and finance partners.

This role will report to R&F Data Management Prod Svcs PAL and is key for straightening prod svcs leadership in India.

You will develop deep understanding of risk and finance business function and applications used in financial risk management domain.

Over a period of time, you will evolve into Prod Services trusted advisor, partner and will handle relationship, communication and coordination among various partners.

The Data Management Service Delivery Lead will handle the delivery of service provided by strategic vendor partner. The lead will drive resolution of major incident through MIM within SLA, senior partner engagement and appropriate communication to senior business and IT partner.

In new model, our vendor partner will be responsible for day to day operation so the lead will drive active engagement with vendor to handle the services under managed service, drive efficiency through automation using Robotic process automation tools and elimination of problem themes through no problem later process.

As an application support service delivery lead, You are expected to develop deeper understanding of applications used by RF business and handle major and non-

user incidents and application alerts effectively.

Implement strict alignment to support processes (IM, PM, CM and RM), assist to roll out standard methodologies, legal requirements, vendor / contractor controls, comply to CS guidelines and policies and ensure to provide transparency on quality of service delivery, drive improvement and management support.

You Offer :

  • You have university degree preferably from elite institute preferably in IT or STEM
  • You have preferably 10-12 years experience in user and application production support role
  • You have experience in production support operations with deep understanding of BFS domain
  • You have experience in owning and driving central initiative to improve service quality and cost efficiency
  • You have good experience in handling partner expectation, regular engagement, timely communication, Major incident management, vendor service delivery management and service management
  • You have experience in managing service delivery under handled service contract with vendor, driving efficiency through automation, RPA tools, eliminating problem themes through NPL
  • You have deep knowledge of ITIL processes, in house improved application support and commonly used technologies e.g. Java, Linux, Exa data, Oracle, SQL, Big data, MQ series and Weblogic, jetty, workflows effectively cross borde
