VoIP Support Engineer Skills / Requirements Good knowledge of Linux OS (Centos / Debian) Working knowledge of open source VoIP telephony platforms such as Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio Excellent knowledge of SIP Protocol and message flow Good knowledge of tools like SIPp, Fail2ban & IPtables, Wireshark, tcpdump etc.

Proper understanding of Networking concepts Good knowledge of Mysql and related Databases Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will be a plus Excellent communication skill & Problem solving attitude Good experience in Client Support
