Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager for India is a newly created role to support our growth and expansion in India. The marketing manager will provide day-

to-day marketing support to all segments and practices in India across our Mumbai and New Delhi offices. The Marketing Manager works directly with the leaders of our India business, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development in Hong Kong, to create and execute marketing plans to help FTI Consulting to be recognised as a leading provider of business advisory services and to help grow new business in India. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing plans to support individual segments and practices to help promote the FTI brand in India
  • Increasing brand awareness and firm visibility
  • Deepening relationships with key clients
  • Empowering fee earning professionals to go to market with the right tools and collaterals
  • Driving knowledge management throughout the organisation
  • Encouraging and facilitating cross selling efforts
  • Managing events, sponsorships and strategic partnerships
  • Developing and executing thought leadership campaigns
  • Prepare marketing briefs, packages and research reports on clients and companies
  • Support in the development of high quality pitched, capability statements and Presentations
  • Strengthening relationships with referral sources and other business partners
  • Increasing profile of Indian leadership team and other experts within the firm
  • Be a social media champion and support our professionals with promoting FTI content on their social media platformsKey Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified with professional services marketing experience.
  • Good understanding of the Indian market.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Self-sufficient and driven.
  • A professional and positive manner.
