Who You'll Work With
Drive Cisco Cyber Security business for an assigned territory by developing high-level CSO, CISO, CIO relationships within assigned accounts.
Win incremental business for Cisco security products and services
Identify & seed major projects within the target base, leading activities to maximize security product and services revenues
Provide customer’s configurations to meet their needs, as required, whilst utilizing the companies Security Consulting Systems Engineer (CSE) resources to maximum affect.
You Work with Account SE teams to draw and maintain accurate heat map of all accounts
Deliver good whiteboard sessions on Cisco Security Technologies.
Collaborate effectively with Cisco internal functions such as Account Managers, System Engineers, Engineering & Services teams to leverage a one Cisco approach to success.
Act as a conduit between the customer requirements and BU to communicate feature requests
Deep understanding of competing solutions is a requirement, such as Palo Alto / Checkpoint / Forescout / Aruba / McAfee / Symantec)
Drive net new business for the region.
Who you’ll Work With
You Work with Account team / Engineering team / Business Units / Sales Engineering / Marketing, for achieving your goals of increasing security product penetration in set of given enterprise accounts.
Who You Are
University Graduate with a degree or higher qualifications.
Professional qualification, CISSP / CISA is desirable.
Proven / Quantifiable track record of over-achievement in at least 5 of the last 9-10 years
Good, all-round knowledge of the security market, associated channels and end-users
Experience in selling complex software-based solutions such as network security (NGFW, NGIPS, VPN etc.), content security (web and email proxies or cloud variants) and advanced threat solutions (sandbox, behavioural analytics, end-point detection and remediation etc.) is preferred
Track record in closing major end user customers for projects, running to more than $1,000,000 in a security business, across in Service Providers / Telecom, ITES, FSI & Manufacturing domain.
Ability to travel is required.
CxO level connect with Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad based customers will be an added advantage.
Professional sales training e.g. Strategic Selling, Power Base or Target Account Selling (TAS)
