Job Description :
The Ad Operations Team works to ensure implementation and delivery of various digital advertising campaigns on thousands of websites across the globe.
As a Senior Trafficker, you will oversee all campaign sets up and will be responsible for quality assurance and produce error free work.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in campaign trafficking, understands the digital advertising landscape in detail, and has the willingness to learn new platforms, products and methodologies.
Job Responsibilities :
Set up campaigns for high touch customers on various ad servers.
Quality check campaigns set up by the team, point out and fix errors, as well as provide tips to reduce errors
Serve as point of contact for technical issues tag errors, bugs, discrepancies and launch issues
Ensure all campaigns are uploaded for launch ahead of time.
Create and upkeep documentation in order to provide cross-functional training and knowledge shares
Manage daily deliverables and provide status updates
Testing creatives to ensure it complies with client and ad server specifications.
Prepare quality reports and publish it weekly / monthly. Conducting weekly sessions to review the errors and coming up with action items towards continuous improvement.
Act as a mentor the team and share best practices for trafficking, quality checks and reporting and optimization
Monitor campaigns performance and make necessary changes where required within the agreed business rules to prevent under delivery.
Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs without any slips
Desired Skills :
4+ years of experience working in Digital Ad operations.
Hands on experience in at least 3 Ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Appnexus, The Trade Desk, SAS, Facebook, Simpli.fi, DV360, Mediamath, Adform)
Willingness to work in night shifts
Excellent communication skills and has prior experience in working along with clients directly.
Good understanding on Quality topics such as RCA & CAPA (Preferred, not mandatory).
Must be passionate about media and the technologies used to support online and / or mobile advertising operations : ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, XML, and third-party ad tags
Must love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your own to do list
Good knowledge in MS Office and ability to analyze and interpret data.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics
Valid certifications in Google Ad Manager and Appnexus is a bonus.
