Maintains and monitors vendor relationships and makes recommendations to management that ensure the best possible prices and processing for corporate purchases.
Assists the Senior Corporate Systems Administrator in maintaining the integrity of all Corporate Systems assets during upgrades, patches, change management, and incidents.
Ensures that Corporate Systems Change Management Procedures are followed at all times.
Assists in the research and deployment of new software and hardware to improve the overall efficiency of Corporate Systems.
Ensures the Corporate Systems organization retains an Operational methodology to issues and incidents affecting multiple users.
Monitors the Net Prompter Score of the team and reviews with the Corporate Systems Manager to suggest areas of improvement.
Exceptional customer service skills
Demonstrated mentoring abilities to assist co-workers with training, troubleshooting, or understanding difficult technical skill sets
4+ years support experience in a Microsoft (Windows 7, Server 2008 and above) and / or Apple (OS X) environment
Ability to participate in a 24x7 On Call rotation
Understanding of networking principles and concepts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using computer imaging software / systems
Demonstrated ability in system support at the server level (Microsoft and / or Linux)
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Working knowledge of Group Policy standards and execution
Working knowledge of IDM / SSO systems preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Professional development in the form of certifications or certified training programs a plus
