The Glitch is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.
We are currently looking for a Manager - Account Planning & Management , to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for leading an entire team in terms of planning and strategy and making sure the interests of the client are met.
You need to have a clear understanding of the business objective and marry creative with strategy.

In this role, your goals will be :
In three months :
Understand the entire digital ecosystem.
Understand brands their market position, communication, objectives, etc
Handle the client’s day-to- day requirements related to digital mandates.
In six months :
Have a good understanding of digital operations, measurement, and set up in the advertising industry.
Be able to ensure quality control on digital deliverables
Should be fully comfortable with all the client and internal processes.
Should be able to fully build out campaign strategies with the creative team.
In 12 months :
Establish strong team and Client relationship
Ensure minimal client escalations for day-to- day operations.
Should be able to identify new business opportunities.
Should be able to analyze the growth of the account and accordingly figure the way forward.
What your day job looks like at The Glitch :
Take ownership of account and manage work autonomously
Responsible for accuracy and deadlines for projects and campaigns
Ensure all plans and projects proceed according to plan and draw attention to supervisor to potential problems that may occur
Facilitate communication between client and agency
Manage not just the clients timelines, but also the agency’s budget
Develop media plan, execute and follow up on the work
Evaluate creative and provide feedback for revisions and plans
Lead the development of set media plans
Secure approval of budgets and ensure work is managed within the set budget
Collaborate with the strategic planner to develop / execute research and new media trends
Maintain weekly / monthly status report
Responsible for accurate and timely estimates and billing

Minimum qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, strategic planning and brand communication with key focus in Digital.
Marketing and sales background with strong analytical capabilities a must.
Passionate about the quickly-evolving digital and social media environment.
Sincere curiosity about how people interact and are influenced online.
