Market Job Description

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring compensation & benefits programs for Wells Fargo across the Asia Pacific Region (APAC) region.

  • The compensation & benefits consulting responsibilities include : project planning & management of projects, program design, modeling / cost analyses, development of communication materials and determining implementation requirements and processes.
  • As the APAC compensation & benefits subject matter expert, provides consultative services to the lines of business dealing with the development of compensation and benefit programs directly addressing business challenges that align with the attainment of established company goals.
  • Proactively partners with Human Resources professionals, Line of Business managers, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and International Compensation and Benefits when designing programs.
  • Conducts market competitive assessments for customers by participating in or conducting salary & benefits surveys and analysing relevant data.
  • Analyzes internal and external data utilizing quantitative, financial and statistical tools while ensuring projects are successfully concluded and properly implemented.

  • Reviews existing
  • and proposed statutory requirements and recommends appropriate course of action. Trains HR professionals in the art of compensation & benefits and designs / modifies tools and processes.
  • Vendor management of benefits suppliers, including on-boarding, off-boarding, risk assessment and compliance activities.
  • Partner and collaborate effectively with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Enterprise Information Security (EIS), and other risk team members to ensure appropriate oversight and governance of third party service provider.

  • Provide support for vendor recertification and work with Benefits Risks & Compliance team to provide responses to risk assessment questionnaires including Inherit Risk Questionnaires (IRQ) and Financial Impact Questionnaire (FIQ).
  • Attend regular meetings with different workstreams from different time zones to ensure monitoring on vendor compliance.
  • Provide support on Annual benefits Renewal exercises. Regional renewal tracking and make sure the contracts and policies of each of the country the region are renewed on time.
  • Follow-up with vendors on the renewal quotations, confirmation of renewal terms and contracts document etc.
