The Head of Business Development will have the entire ownership to set up the Sales & Business Development team. The person will also work on establishing the Company brand along with deriving and implementing efficient Sales processes.

  • Setup a efficient sales life cycle and business team.
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
  • Engaging existing and new clients, secure business retention & increase market share.
  • Build and Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • A proactive planner with expertise in business planning, market plan execution, client servicing with skills in competitor and market analysis.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
  • Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
  • Working on account management plans with the sales team.
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Identify, validate & drive new opportunities for Software Development, Mobile Apps, CRM Solutions and IT Staff Augmentation
  • Requirements

  • M.B.A. of equivalent qualification and relevant experience in similar field
  • Preferred candidates having exposure to financial, banking and insurance domain
  • Have handled the leads of medium to large enterprises
