Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in information technology projects with experience in designing and developing at least a few enterprise level software products end-to-end
Experience / Familiarity with SSRS / SSIS and optimizing complex SQL queries
Familiar with Agile / scrum methodology
Solid analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to design effective software frameworks
Perform other duties as requested or required
Strong team oriented interpersonal and communication skills
Mentoring software development team.
Assist Software Development team with understanding product requirements, strategy, implementing technical architecture, creating prototypes & management of the full product lifecycle from ideation to rollout.
Plan deployment of complex enterprise-level projects on scalability and reliability
Drive product development and set up code reviews, peer reviews and implement best practices
Drive database design and data modeling based on business use-cases to promote performance, security, and reliability.
Perform hands-on database, middle-tier, UI development and deployments. Mentor software development team on technical best-
practices, understanding complex business requirements and cross-training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-
hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
