Job summary

The Advertising Support and Operations team is looking for a curious, resourceful, and experienced Capacity Planning Analyst to join our team of Product Managers, Program Managers and call center operations.

Our mission is to ensure Advertisers have the right support at the right time to confidently and effectively grow their business through Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Forecast contacts and plan capacity for worldwide contact center network for Amazon Advertiser service.

Manage headcount staffing and scheduling for a headcount supporting multiple geographies.

Improve performance to plan by identifying, measuring and managing key metrics

Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success

Lead critical projects to improve planning and forecasting efficiency for global operations.

Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network
