About the Recruiter position

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with company clients on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Recruiter Position responsibilities are :

  • Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques : job boards, web crawlers, search engines, social networking tools, university alumni sites, blogs, local organizations websites, discussion groups, and public and proprietary resume databases.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Work directly with client account managers and hiring managers in determining hiring needs, interviewing process and offer negotiations.
  • Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel / relocate and overall suitability for the position.
  • Prepare submission documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Creating and Maintaining strong Database of candidates across all verticals and domains.
  • Maintain daily and weekly client reports.
  • Interact with candidates on billing to check project status and reusability.
  • Recruiter requirements are :

  • Experience as a Recruiter in India market
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Familiar with HR databases like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Etc
  • Familiar with MS Office softwares
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
