Key Responsibilities : a : understanding of a clients current state process and providing the support b : Recommending road maps to close supporting gaps and supporting high level applications c : Gathering and analyzing business requirements providing the support accordingly d : Aligning business requirements and best practices to support effeciently
Technical Experience : a : should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Splunk code modules b : Strong knowledge in implementing Splunk alerts, data ingestion c : Integrating Splunk with ServiceNow or similar service management tools d : Good to have and experience in UIM Nimbus monitoring or similar tools
Professional Attributes : a : Excellent analytical and problem solving skills b : Strong written and verbal communication skills c : Should have Client facing quality and should work with client ASLs d : Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives
