We are looking for an individual with prior experience in B2B cloud applications and analytics to assist a team of product developers who are responsible for a suite of SaaS-based financial crime and compliance applications. We have a world-class team of product managers who are responsible for our Financial Crime and Compliance (FCCM) applications. You will be an integral member of this team and be responsible for the development of SaaS products that focus on identifying and stopping money-laundering and terrorist financing.
This role requires knowledge of B2B product management practices, cloud applications development and understanding of the financial crime/ anti money-laundering business domain on a global level. It will require you to understand complex business challenges, translate them into functional requirements and work closely with the development team to drive the development forward, targeting timely and high-quality product releases to ensure client success.
Knowledge of advanced analytical methods that underpin application software solutions in this space is desired but not critical.
You will part of the team that supports the direction for Oracle’s Financial Services Analytics Group and as such, you are expected to work in close collaboration with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering and Sales leadership in the development and implementation of the requirements for the Transaction Monitoring applications.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
