Central Point of Contact for Customer and Global Planning expedite requests and establishes confirmed delivery commitments.
Schedule, co-ordinate and expedite material from global warehouses to meet the manufacturing requirement
Schedules and / or interfaces with supply chain on material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
Maintain QuickBase Expedite and Spares Expedite Tool Databases. Reschedules Stock Transfer Purchase Orders (STPO’s) and Re-ATP Sales Orders based on material availability and / or supplier delivery commits in SAP.
Escalates to management as required.
Investigate & identify spares part supply risk due to obsolescence, Spec issues, Part build issues and coordinate with Engineering, Supplier Engineers to resolve the supply risk.
Identify slow-moving parts with spares order & Coordinate with global supply chain management to float FRQ-Request for quotation and align the supply source, delivery LT, cost of spares part.
Coordinate with PLC-Product life cycle team to identify the disposition status of legacy Tool spare parts and direct the Customer to the right Third-party vendor for Spares support.
Review the ECR- Engineering Change Request and suggest Customer with the right replacement part for OB obsolete spares parts.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience with a bachelors degree ( Non-engineering ) Or a diploma
Experience in the order management or fulfillment process
End-user experience in SAP MM
Flexibility working at different time zones as the job roles would have multiple meetings at U.S & Asian time zones.
Prefer experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or Automotive or e-commerce or Consulting practice
Exposure to new tools & technology in the customer service / order management domain will be added advantage.
