This role is for an Ethics Advisor (EA) position within Boeing Ethics and Business Conduct (EBC) organization, part of Boeing's Office of Internal Governance.
The EA supports Boeing leadership teams located in India.
Act as primary interface between EBC and Senior Executives.
Influence senior executives to take ownership for integrating Ethics into their organization while leading by example.
Embed EBC best practices in business strategies and plans. Coach and educate business partners to ensure all EBC-sponsored initiatives and strategies are implemented.
Initiate and manage EBC case management process for reported issues.
Drive personal accountability for ethical decision making through the use and promotion of ethical models, processes and tools.
Ensure implementation of the conflict of interest (COI) determination process, as applicable.
Provide ethics-related awareness and training on Code of Conduct, annual Recommitment, New Hire orientations and other topics as required.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree and typically 12 or more years' related work experience.
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar certification is preferred.
Experience in bringing forward recommendations to management.
Experience in presenting work products to small and large diverse audiences.
Experience in risk mitigation, legal, audit, quality, risk management, etc. or experience in human resources.
