Job Summary :
As a Program Manager at Reputation.com, you will be responsible for organizing programs and projects for our organization.
The job will include tasks around developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals.
We are looking for someone adaptable, metric-driven, and capable of executing programs and projects across multiple organizations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management, team management, and building and maintaining Executive relationships across the organization.
Interacting with Project Leads, Technical Product Managers, Technical Managers and teams to define and deliver complex projects.
Anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Implementation of Scrum, Agile, Kanban and Project Management processes as applicable.
Organizing programs and activities aligned with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.
Writing program funding proposals and business cases when incremental spend is required Managing teams with diverse talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including budget, timelines, and internal and external customer satisfaction.
Meeting with stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication related to program and project status.
Responsible for providing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports and presentations containing relevant analysis and updates to business decision-makers.
Analyzing and documenting program and project risks.
Additional duties as assigned.
Proven experience in program management with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Microsoft and Google applications.
Experience and comfortability presenting to Executives.
Self-confident, energetic team-player with excellent relationship-building.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Credibility and ability to interact and influence all levels of the organization.
Excellent large and small group facilitation skills.
Experience working in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience in Core Java, Multithreading, NoSQL and MongoDB.
Good knowledge of documentation process, Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum Methodology.
Experience using SmartSheets would be plus.
