We are hiring for B D Manager for Chemical Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Build, develop and harness relationship with buyers of Inorganic Chemical products in order to sustain & increase Sales volume aligned to month on month targets.
  • To play a strategic role as a member of Management Team in developing B2B Business with the existing customers and identify new customers.
  • To market and lead the B2B business focusing on annual target of revenue.
  • To develop new business relationships, services and products and generate and negotiate new contracts and income for the organization.
  • To oversee the effective delivery of products to the customers.
  • Develop plans, reports and forecasts for the short and longer term to enhance the external profile of the company business and maximize income generation opportunities.
  • To maintain effective relationships with the existing clients in order to retain business.
  • To actively and successfully manage the sales process : lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close.
  • To create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedures.
  • Requirements of the role :

  • Previous experience in B2B Chemical sales.
  • Strong and confident communicator.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willing to Travel
